Face stock

02 From idea to roll
How a label gets made.

01Artwork and proof
Send your art, or just an idea. Prepress sets it up for the press and sends you a proof to approve before anything prints.
02Plates
Approved art becomes flexo plates, made in-house. Digital jobs skip this step and go straight to the press.
03Print
Spot colors on flexo, full color on digital, or both on the same job.
04Finish
Varnish, lamination or foil protect the print and set the look: gloss, matte or metallic.
05Die-cut
A die cuts each label to shape, and the waste around it is stripped away.
06Inspect, rewind, ship
Rolls are inspected, rewound to your core size and direction, packed and shipped.

Authorized dealer of thermal transfer printers, software and ribbons, plus the blank labels they print on.
