This site collects only what you send us through its forms, and uses it only to answer you.
What we collect
When you send a quote request or a message, we receive what you type into the form (your name, company, email, phone and the details of your request) and any artwork files you attach. We also record the page you sent it from and the time.
How we use it
Customer service uses it to answer you, prepare a quote and a proof, and handle your order. We don’t sell it, rent it or use it for advertising, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
Where it’s kept
Requests and files are stored with Cloudflare, which runs this website, and emailed to our customer service team. Only Labeltech staff who handle customer requests can see them. Links to artwork in those emails expire after 90 days.

Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t set advertising or tracking cookies. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam bots; it checks your browser without asking you to solve puzzles and may process technical data such as your IP address for that check.
